Chuck Deluga first became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1984 after graduating from the University of Maine at Orono with a B.A. degree in Journalism. Being a native of Cape Cod, Chuck has experienced first hand the many changes the Cape has gone through over the years with regard to Real Estate and Development. He has been actively involved and employed in the Real Estate and Building industry on the Cape since 1984. During his career as a Realtor, Chuck has successfully marketed and sold many properties throughout the Cape.

Cindy Harrington knows Dennis and the Cape well, having spent most all of her summers here. She has lived and traveled around the world, but has made the Cape her home for the past 12 years. She knows the schools and beaches here intimately as she has two boys and two girls. Cindy resides in East Dennis with her husband Charlie and kids, and their new Parson Russell Terrier, Winnie.

Reg Lanciani has been with Paul W. Sullivan Associates since 1993. A native of Everett, Ma., his first memories of Cape Cod, and Dennis, came when vacationing with his parents in the mid 60's. During his college years he spent many a summer enjoying all that the Cape had to offer. An educator by trade, Reg was a Teacher/Coach at Dom Savio High School in East Boston where he was honored as a Boston Globe & Boston Herald High School Football Coach of the Year. After 35 years of coaching and two inductions into Athletic Hall of Fames, Reg has retired from the sidelines. Reg resides in Dennis with his wife of 25 years, Belva, and has one daughter Lauren. He enjoys all sporting activities, loves to travel, and most important, spending quality time with his family.
